Spots will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.  Those who send their $100.00 deposit will have a spot.

 Deposits will be held until the clinic and will only be refunded if the clinic is cancelled due to bad weather or if the clinic didn't reach the minimum number of students.  There will be no refunds for any other reason. 

It is a good idea to email a week or so after you send your deposit to make sure that it was received.

If you cancel with or without notification, your deposit will be honored for one year from that clinic date at another clinic.
