Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE!

Clinic spots will be filled on a first come, first serve basis according to the sign up.  Those who send their $100.00 deposit will have a spot. Those who are signed up but have NOT sent a deposit by the deadline MAY BE REPLACED.

Deposits will be held until the clinic and will only be refunded if the clinic is cancelled due to bad weather or if the clinic didn't reach the minimum number of students.  There will be no refunds for any other reason. 

If you cancel with or without notification, your deposit will be honored for one year from that clinic date at another clinic. 

Once deposits are received, it will be posted on the students sign up page for that clinic.
